Why can't I rent a material or buy a material from the bookshop
You will need an active subscription first to access any material in the library.
How many Days is a rented material accessible for?

Paid for a book but cannot find it in my library?
Send an email with your purchase ID, you can find your purchase ID on the tab called Transactions, this tab is found on the right menu bar of your screen
How to create my library?
On the top right corner of your screen, click the profile, select subscription, click on your preferred package, and make payment. Your library will be activated for you to build.
